Tencorr Packaging was founded in 1983 by 10 independent companies, becoming North America’s first ever sheet feeder operation. By 1992, along with Royal Containers, Tencorr became the first sheet feeder operation to invest in a papermill in the corrugated industry. In 1993, a second facility was opened in Mississauga, equipped with a 98” Langston corrugator in order to provide specialty grades, such as E and F flutes, EB and EC double wall, and ACC triple wall. It also added clay coated whites, double-sided whites, and an extensive selection of coatings.
The introduction of Tencorr’s Brampton location in 2011 with the state of the art 110”Fosber corrugator provided the opportunity to streamline and move from the original Toronto location with its 87” Isowa corrugator on 188 Cartwright Ave in Toronto ON. This created 2 world-class manufacturing environments with modern state of the art equipment, responsive customer service, and high-quality corrugated sheets.
