Colour Coatings:

Extensive colour selection and colour match options. Optional top coat of gloss varnish designed to enhance both the vibrancy and the durability of the colour coating by adding gloss to the material and improving durability.

Colour matching– Our capability to colour match most Pantone, GCMI or custom colours ensures a consistent, professional branding and packaging image for your product.

Full coverage colour– Applying ink to the paper before it is corrugated reduces the appearance of flute lines traditionally seen when using a conventional flexo press.

Functional Coatings:

Protect products sensitive to the environment and to handling with our functional coatings. Specialty coated corrugate sheets designed for specific protective applications. Coated paper available up to 98” in width.

Water Resistant & Moisture Barrier:

• 100% recyclable
• Approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA)
• Print- and label-friendly
• Can be applied to brown (kraft) or white paper
• Used for perishables such as meat, produce and other frozen/fresh food products
• Minimum 15 MSF if not from pre-coated stock

Scuff Resistant:

• Minimum 15 MSF if not from pre-coated stock

Grease & Oil Resistant:

• Enhances the protection of machine/automotive parts
• Can also be used for meat, dairy and prepared foods

Corrosion Inhibitor:

• Eliminate the corrosive effect or oxidation and ensure machinery and automotive parts arrive in market ready condition

The liners supplied to us comply with:

• Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act under the provisions of Sections 404, 405 and 512.
• The FDA requirements for use as components of, and otherwise in the production of packaging for direct food contact without limitations.
• Coneg Regulations on the combined concentration of mercury, lead, chromium. These metals do not exceed 100 milligrams per kilogram.
• The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 – no ozone-depleting substances.
• 21 CRF 801.437 (b). – no latex content in any form as per definition.

Mediums:

• Tear Tape – User-friendly method for opening boxes which eliminates the need of sharp objects – Size: 3/16”
